Position: Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)

Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, you’ll be responsible for providing individualized therapy to individuals, couples, and families in a collaborative and client-centered environment. You’ll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, and you’ll play an essential role in promoting mental wellness within our community.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Conduct comprehensive assessments and create tailored treatment plans for clients.
Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.
Offer guidance and crisis intervention, while helping clients build coping strategies and problem-solving skills.
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of psychologists, psychiatrists, and case managers to ensure holistic, high-quality care for clients.
Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation that adheres to agency and regulatory standards.
Participate in case consultation, team meetings, and ongoing professional development to ensure continuous growth.

Requirements

Active LICSW licensure in Minnesota (or licensure eligibility within 90 days).
Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
At least one year of post-graduate clinical experience preferred (new graduates with strong clinical training are also encouraged to apply).
Experience in providing trauma-informed care, with knowledge of a variety of therapeutic modalities.
A passion for working with diverse populations and maintaining cultural humility in clinical practice.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster trust and rapport with clients.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team..
