Key responsibilities:
Respond to IT incidents and tickets in a timely manner.
Provide remote technical assistance to users and escalate unresolved issues.
Prepare and share ticket status reports and follow up until resolution.
Analyze common complaints to identify permanent fixes and achieve SLAs.
