👉 Summary

We are looking for a new GIGAnte to join our team as an Software Developer Java Semisenior.
Effectively builds sites on Wordpress platform, Manages Volumes and help team achieve Duration and Build Quality Goals Involved in Hiring and Training Encourage a culture of Innovation Showcasing Accountability Traits at all times - Exhibiting traits of the leaders Write and utilize HTML, and CSS in the development and ongoing support of websites. Hold complete accountability for Final delivery of the product adhering to best practices and coding standards.

👉 What You'll Do

• Design and implement back-end services, APIs, and business logic using Java (Spring Boot, Hibernate).
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality software.
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure code quality.
• Debug and troubleshoot production issues.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.
• Stay current with Java technologies and best practices.
• Write and utilize HTML and CSS in the development and support of websites (when needed).
• Ensure final product delivery adheres to coding standards and best practices.
• Support hiring and training processes, encourage a culture of innovation.
• Identify production issues proactively and propose mitigation plans.
• Collaborate across teams and take on roles requiring team leader/manager experience.
• Maintain documentation and track work progress.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts aligned with business goals.

👉 We'll Expect you to have

• 5+ years of professional experience with Java development.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
• Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring Boot and Hibernate.
• Proficiency in RESTful API development.
• Experience with database technologies (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Advanced English level.
• Adaptability to change.
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
