Experience: 5.5+ years in digital marketing with proven experience in developing and executing successful strategies. Social Media Expertise: Deep understanding of social media trends and platform-specific strategies, especially on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Google Ads & SEO Knowledge: Proficiency in Google Ads, SEM, and SEO, with a record of improving online visibility and driving paid campaign ROI. Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills with experience in using Google Analytics and other tools to track, report, and optimize campaigns. Leadership Abilities: Proven experience managing or mentoring a team, with a collaborative and motivating approach to leadership. Industry Familiarity: Knowledge of the cycling and sports apparel industry, understanding brand identity, target audience, and competitive landscape.

Core responsibilities:

Develop Marketing Strategy: Lead the creation and execution of an integrated digital marketing strategy that aligns with brand goals, starting with a focus on cycling and sports apparel. Oversee Social Media Campaigns: Manage social media marketing across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) to engage target audiences and increase brand visibility. Manage Paid Advertising: Implement and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other PPC campaigns to drive traffic and conversions, continuously refining strategies for best results. SEO and SEM Optimization: Conduct SEO audits, optimize website content, and utilize SEM strategies to improve rankings and organic reach. Lead Marketing Team: As the team grows, supervise and mentor team members, fostering collaboration and innovation within the marketing department. Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance across all channels, using insights to guide future strategies.
