Key responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries via email and phone while meeting quality and productivity standards.
  • Resolve issues or complaints end to end, including damage in transit and shipping delays.
  • Process payments, refunds, and manage customer pick-ups and returns.
  • Provide live chat support during weekdays and perform any other assigned duties.

Job Requirements:

  • Communication Skills including Chatting, Writing, and Voice with good grammar.
  • Ability to MULTITASK.
  • Ability to quickly devise solutions to problems they are presented with within a Fast-Paced Environment.
  • Ability to Quickly Navigate Tools like SHOPIFY, GORGIAS, ASANA, CIN7, etc.
  • Great English and typing skills.
  • Understand the sense of urgency in a web chat environment.
  • 9am - 5pm AEST Weekdays. No graveyard shift

  • ISP of 20MBPs Upload & Download Required

Core responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries via e-mail and/or phone, ensuring designated quality and productivity standards.
  • Being responsible for resolving issues or complaints end to end as they arise such as damage in transit, quality complaints, and delays in shipping.
  • Performing the following related tasks: processing manual credit card and bank payments, booking customer pick up, credit card and direct bank refunds, store credits, item returns, item replacement, or item swap.
  • Ensure that all customer inquiries are answered in a timely and correct manner.
  • Proving customer live chat support during weekdays.
  • Any other duties assigned from time to time.
