Job description

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B lead generation or sales, ideally in a software agency or tech environment.
  • Solid understanding of LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, and lead nurturing funnels.
  • Familiarity with tools like Hunter.io, Apollo, Snov.io, Salesloft, Lusha, or similar.
  • Strong written communication skills with a knack for writing persuasive, personalized messages.
  • Ability to manage and optimize campaigns using data and KPIs.
  • Self-starter mindset with a hustle attitude and results-oriented approach.
  • Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.
  • Experience working with international clients (US, UK, EU, MENA).
  • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and technical terminology.
  • Experience using AI-based tools for email or content personalization (e.g., ChatGPT, Lavender, Instantly.ai).
  • Has built or managed sales sequences with A/B testing and automated follow-ups.
  • Must have experience in sales funnel management.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify potential leads via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lemlist, and other outbound tools.
  • Craft and execute email marketing campaigns with high personalization and strong CTAs.
  • Build prospect lists using advanced filtering and segmentation techniques.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align outbound efforts with content and brand strategy.
  • Nurture prospects through a structured CRM pipeline (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar).
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics (open rates, CTRs, replies, conversions), and optimize accordingly.
  • Keep up with B2B outreach trends, tools, and AI-driven solutions to refine your approach.
  • Set up intro calls and demos for the founders.
  • Represent the agency professionally in all communications, tailoring messages to C-levels, founders, and decision-makers.
