Qualifications:	Required Qualifications include: 8+ years in technical integration, systems engineering, or enterprise architecture Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, COTS integration, cloud migration, and container platforms Desired Qualifications include: Familiarity with IRS Enterprise Lifecycle (ELC) documentation and tax processing systems
Duties & Responsibilities:	Support completion of required Enterprise Lifecycle documentation Provide integration support for IT and Business workshops Organize/manage MSB activities to identify gaps, track milestones, and evaluate/report progress Establish/maintain integrated release plans and release management processes Identify/manage technical dependencies and integration points (systems, technologies, policies) Lead continuous refinement/decomposition of system and “build-to” requirements Manage cross-program and cross-project technical dependencies Coordinate integration across systems, policies, teams, and stakeholders Analyze and communicate non-functional requirements (e.g., security, privacy, performance) Manage dependencies where functional and non-functional requirements intersect Refine and decompose requirements continuously Manage traceability from initiation to operational acceptance Plan and support technical integration testing across internal/external systems Provide strategy and support for integration tools (e.g., testing, dev, PM tools) Support capacity planning, performance management, and workload monitoring Conduct technical impact analyses and communicate decisions to stakeholders Maintain traceability between technical integration plans and requirements Provide technical management for tool integration for program execution Manage technical integration across multiple testing projects
