We are seeking a dynamic Bilingual Sales/Case Manager to join our team and make a meaningful impact! In this role, you will be responsible for managing client cases, providing guidance and support throughout the resolution process, and driving sales of our tax resolution services. You will educate potential clients on the value of our services, helping them understand their options for addressing tax-related challenges. This position requires managing both Spanish-speaking and English-speaking clients to ensure seamless communication and exceptional service.
