We’re looking for an amazing Business Analyst Scrum Master to fill this role. You’ll be responsible for analyzing business requirements and processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. Additionally, they will serve as a Scrum Master, facilitating agile product delivery methodologies and ensuring successful delivery of projects. The Reservations and Revenue Management system technologies are advanced, across multiple delivery channels, geographic regions, and support multiple brands/teams. This position will provide operational and configuration management support for various contact center solutions and related technologies to delivery consistent and reliable services for Holland America and Seabourn Cruise Lines. Here’s a summary of what Holland America Line is looking for in its Business Analyst Scrum Master. Is this you? Responsibilities Serve as a Scrum Master, facilitating agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and stakeholders, to ensure successful project delivery, resolving any conflicts or impediments that arise. Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams and business stakeholders, to understand data requirements, design data models, and implement solutions to meet their needs. Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements, data requirements, user stories from multiple departments. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, process flows, data flows, and functional/technical specifications for data, and reporting. Create report mockups and assist in testing and user acceptance from business requirements. Data profiling, cataloging and creation of data dictionary. Performs other duties as assigned Requirements Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a software application development business analyst role as well as experience delivering business systems solutions in an enterprise IT environment. Experience creating user stories, journey maps, process flows, and other analytical artifacts. Skills in facilitating workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirement gathering sessions. Understanding of project management principles related to resource allocation and timelines. Ability to document business requirements and workflows for enterprise applications. Strong analytical abilities to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations. Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies and DevOps practices including continuous integration, delivery, and deployment Knowledge of industry best practices for systems implementation, testing, and risk management This position follows the Company’s schedule of three days in the office per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) with flexibility to work remotely the remainder of the week. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
