Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, or related field., Experience in youth development programs, particularly 4-H., Strong communication and interpersonal skills., Ability to work collaboratively with community stakeholders..

Key responsibilities:

Develop and implement horticulture programs for youth and community members.

Conduct educational workshops and training sessions.

Collaborate with local organizations to promote 4-H initiatives.

Provide support and resources to volunteers and participants.

CSU Spur is always free and there’s tons to see! Visit 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Friday and 10 a.m.-2 p.m. every 2nd Saturday for dog and cat surgeries, rooftop greenhouses, interactive exhibits, special demonstrations, virtual reality, art installations, a cup of coffee in the sunshine, selfie opportunities, and more!
