About The Role The Director of Partnerships will be a force multiplier for our go-to-market efforts. They will partner closely with our CEO to drive and lead growth throughout the funnel, including sourcing customers, creating sales materials, building customer relationships, and helping to close deals. The role is ideal for those who want to see how to build a mission-driven company and sales organization from the ground up with the support of experienced leaders and great investors. Ideal candidates are exceptional communicators, action-oriented, competitive, collaborative, organized, analytical, and are able to navigate ambiguity. What You’ll Do Work closely with the CEO and executive team to drive strategic initiatives across GTM workstreams including product marketing, customer calls, the sales process, and pricing. Design and run experiments to refine our sourcing engine and help build and own our go-to-market motions in partnership with the CEO. Own GTM analytics, including defining what and how to capture relevant data to enable critical business decisions. Help shape our product, incorporating feedback from prospects, customers, and internal teams to shape strategic decisions. Keep up to date and conduct in-depth research and analysis on industry trends, competitive landscape, regulations, and other relevant topics to inform decision-making. Collaborate with the CEO on Board updates on growth and partnership discussions. Lead additional ad-hoc projects and assignments as needed across the business. About You Experience: 5+ years of experience with 2-3 years’ in management consulting or banking and 2+ years in an early stage or entrepreneurial, VC backed, environment. Experience working with clients or in a sales / GTM focused role. Detail-Oriented: Bring precision to tasks that require it, such as customer messaging, contracting, or analytics. Details The compensation range for this position is between $140,000-$180,000 + equity and benefits Must be able to work onsite three days a week in our Downtown SF Office.
