Lead the analytics team to develop and implement data-driven strategies for human services programs.

Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of data to inform decision-making.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other key stakeholders.
