What Will You Do
Company representative assigned to planning, logistical and/or volunteer support for local public relations efforts at community events which includes contact by solicitors for donations requested by the community to promote and maintain a positive public image.
Build positive and strong relations with the community and key community leaders.
Collaborate with Community Investment Lead to support grant activations.
Work with Community Relations Managers to assist with advocacy efforts, stakeholder tours, and local engagement.
Leads and coordinates employee committee teams to support internal and external events.
Coordination of various tasks and projects as assigned by Public Affairs management.
Engage in special projects as assigned by functional or business unit management, or in collaboration with the Public Affairs team
What Will You Need
Education: Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Marketing, or Communications required.
Experience: At least two years of relevant experience.
Skills: Strong writing skills, ability to multi-task, event planning, strong presentation skills, community engagement experience, project management required.
Technical Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Schedule: Hybrid (Mon/Tues/Thurs) in office at Lithia, FL. Must be able to work nights/weekends when needed for events.
