The role
As a front office representative, you'll handle client queries via phone and email, addressing a variety of needs such as payments, account setups, and online or telephone banking assistance. You will work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (exact hours to be discussed at interview).

Salary:
up to £28,500 per annum
Location:
Based in our Wellingborough head office, you will work fully onsite for the first six months to complete training, then a flexible schedule with two days per week working remotely.

What You Will Do
Serve as the main point of contact for Private Banking clients, assisting with a range of queries.
Develop relationships with clients to understand their potential banking needs
Set up new accounts and manage existing ones, including transfers, debit card orders, and excess reporting.
Monitor lending deals, prepare credit applications, and manage debt recovery.
Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and ethics, putting the clients’ interests first at all times.
What You Will Bring
Experience in a client facing, transactional banking role.
A strong commitment to exceptional customer service.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work accurately under tight deadlines.
A strong team ethos.
It would be nice for you to have
Fluency in a second language.
Experience with high net work clients.
