Project Control Analyst

As a Project Control Analyst at Sprezzatura, you will support the OMEGA Program by managing project financials, including forecasting, billing, and revenue recognition for government contracts. This role requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of federal contract types, and proficiency in Unanet. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial accuracy and compliance while playing a key role in the success of government contracts.

• Assist with business analysis projects from initiation to completion.
• Prepare EACs and financial forecasts.
• Manage billing and revenue recognition per contract terms.
• Analyze financial variances and prepare monthly reports.
• Coordinate with project managers and cross-functional teams.
• Maintain data in Unanet and support audits as needed.
• Assist with the administration and Project Control functions of managing subcontractors.
• Experience supporting the financial requirements for direct programs and monthly close participation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience with U.S. government contracts.
• Expertise with Unanet and Excel.
• Understanding of contract billing types and revenue recognition.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Strong leadership and project coordination capabilities.
• Strategic thinker with sound problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
