Join Our Finance Team as a Global Group Controller

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Group Controller to lead our accounting and taxation operations in a public, international company. In this role, you will directly manage two managers in Israel and oversee a matrix team of 10 additional employees. You’ll work closely with both corporate and global leaders, regularly reporting to the balance-sheet committee and board of directors.

This position offers flexibility of one work-from-home day per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the preparation, consolidation, and reporting of financial statements (monthly, quarterly, and annually) in compliance with IFRS standards.
  • Manage financial reporting to the TASE.
  • Lead collaborations with government authorities on grants and incentives.
  • Develop and implement a transfer pricing policy across the company.
  • Handle tax report preparation and submission in Israel.
  • Monitor collections and maintain current financial efficiency indicators.
  • Provide expert accounting guidance to the company’s leadership in Israel and financial teams in subsidiaries.
  • Working with the company's external auditors.

Requirements

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
  • A minimum of 10 years’ experience as a Group Controller in a global public company and as a manager in a Big 4 firm.
  • At least 5 years’ experience managing large teams, including managing managers.
  • Experience with financial integration post-M&A.
  • Expertise in IFRS regulations.
  • Familiarity with the Priority and BI systems.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Flexibility for occasional international travel.
  • Willingness to work also on Australian and US time.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment and meet tight deadlines.
