The NOC Application specialist provides service and support for applications and solutions. This position works for the internal and external customers of NS2. Work is done primarily via email but could also include phone and in person meetings. This role is customer service focused with an emphasis of monitoring customer equipment and providing solutions.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: High School Diploma

Experience: 1-3 years of customer service experience

Travel: 0%

Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 7 am and 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Overtime may be required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitors asset monitoring applications for asset performance and incident management.
  • Analyzes data and recommends work order deployment through the creation of work orders in Service Cloud according to standard procedures and practices.
  • First point of contact on incident management.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints.
  • Assign work tasks and mapping duties as new applications and new assets are brought into the NOC for monitoring.
  • Update CRM with all pertinent customer data and interaction.
  • Maintain warranty and contract data base.
  • Track down and organize field service reports for any service visit performed by our vendors and distribute them to our customers.
  • Schedule preventative maintenance service.
  • Schedule remedial work, including battery replacements and repairs.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
