Summary: We are looking for a Program Manager that will work remotely in the US. Prior background with banking and financial systems experience is required for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of developers, QA's, BA's

  • Prepare business and delivery performance reports

  • Meet with client senior leadership IT to report progress and illicit feedback / requirements

  • Collaborate with client business leadership to identify program needs around roadmap planning, etc.

  • Create and maintain Product Backlogs

  • Direct teams to plan and develop according to the backlog

  • Create user stories and acceptance criteria


Required Qualifications:

* Certified SAFe Agile coach

* Minimum of 8+ years of total Program Management experience

* 5+ years with the following:

  • Team Leadership

  • Business Analysis

  • Program Management

  • On/Offshore Team Launching

  • Business Process Improvement and Documentation

  • Conflict Resolution (Dependency/Defect Prioritization)

  • Release Management

  • JIRA, Confluence

  • Agile coaching

  • roadmap and backlog planning

The base salary range for this position is $142,376 - 213,564,  plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays and paid learning days.
