Summary: We are looking for a Program Manager that will work remotely in the US. Prior background with banking and financial systems experience is required for this role.
Responsibilities:
Manage a team of developers, QA's, BA's
Prepare business and delivery performance reports
Meet with client senior leadership IT to report progress and illicit feedback / requirements
Collaborate with client business leadership to identify program needs around roadmap planning, etc.
Create and maintain Product Backlogs
Direct teams to plan and develop according to the backlog
Create user stories and acceptance criteria
Required Qualifications:
* Certified SAFe Agile coach
* Minimum of 8+ years of total Program Management experience
* 5+ years with the following:
Team Leadership
Business Analysis
Program Management
On/Offshore Team Launching
Business Process Improvement and Documentation
Conflict Resolution (Dependency/Defect Prioritization)
Release Management
JIRA, Confluence
Agile coaching
roadmap and backlog planning
