We are looking for driven, teachable candidates with a passion to learn and adapt to join our fast-growing startup in the role of concert ticket acquisition specialists.

Here’s what you will be doing in this exciting role:

• As a concert ticket acquisition specialist, you will work directly with the team to purchase inventory for live events each day using various tools and software.
• Buying is collaborative and dynamic instead of a solo endeavour. You will work with various team members including the owners on a daily basis as we analyze different inventory purchase options together in real time.
• Audit inventory purchases to make sure all inventory is listed accurately and appropriately.
• Participate in various online sign-ups.
• Be given the freedom and encouragement to try your own ideas to better yourself and the business.

This job is for you if:

• You have C1 English competency at a minimum. This will be tested before moving forward on any candidate.
• You have strong computer literacy. This includes the following: excellent typing skills, laser quick with a mouse and keyboard, ability to navigate websites quickly and accurately and learn new software and tools.
• You have laser focus, strong attention to detail and exceed under pressure.
• You are able to follow instructions and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• You are able to think on your feet with unexpected situations and make decisions on the fly.
• You are patient and persistent.
• You are responsive, motivated to perform, compete and always do better.
• You are able to work from 3pm to 11pm.
• You have excellent organization and time management skills.
• You thrive in a startup culture minus the crazy hours.

It’s great if you have…

• Previous work experience in an office environment
• Previous gaming experience
• Interest in music and knowledge of the US concert industry
• Previously resided in the US, UK or Australia.
