Program Management Director

How will you make a difference as a Program Management Director at Fragomen?

• Apply program and project management best practices to support strategic firmwide initiatives.
• Lead a suite of programs focused on immigration services, including those involving USCIS-related compliance, federal regulatory updates, and client service delivery enhancements.
• Design and implement organizational and business process improvements across programs to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
• Provide leadership and support to project managers, ensuring successful execution of individual projects within broader program objectives.
• Allocate and manage resources across multiple programs and projects, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Establish and maintain governance frameworks to manage program-level risks and performance.
• Deliver regular program performance reporting and strategic updates to executive stakeholders.
• Collaborate with attorneys, immigration professionals, and business stakeholders to integrate legal, technical, and business goals into program execution.
• Monitor impacts of evolving USCIS policies and immigration regulations and integrate necessary adaptations into program plans.

Leverage your valuable skills and experience to make an impact at Fragomen:

• 7+ years of experience in Program and Project Management, including 2+ years working on immigration-related programs or with USCIS processes.
• Demonstrated success in leading large-scale, cross-functional programs in a legal, regulatory, or client services environment.
• Strong expertise in organizational design, process reengineering, and change management.
• Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
• PMP or PgMP certification preferred.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow SPM or other program/project management platforms.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing demands in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating across legal, IT, and operational functions.
