Role And Responsibilities This role helps grow and expand Radian Generation's Compliance & Security services business by fostering relationships with both existing and prospective utility-scale renewable energy customers, helping them tackle challenges with Radian Generation solutions. Responsible for the full sales cycle, from lead to closing, using a solution and consultative based selling approach. Develop and manage meaningful customer relationships—both with existing accounts and new prospects—focused on delivering value and measured by new sales bookings, revenue growth, and overall customer retention and satisfaction. Provide consultative, solutions-based information to renewable energy organizations to help them understand how solutions from Radian Generation can meet their business needs. Drive sales growth for Radian’s Compliance & Security services, with a focus on NERC compliance, cybersecurity, and regulatory support for utility-scale renewable energy owners and operators. Drive sales growth across your named accounts, through a consultative solution-selling based approach. Identify and qualify new sales opportunities, including mapping whitespace across existing customers to identify targets for upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Ensure that recurring contracts are renewed, and drive revenue expansion through the renewal process. Provide proposals and sales presentations. Perform sales tasks following standard operating procedures using established price structures; provide feedback on procedures for process improvement. Work with Marketing to refine leads qualification, and messaging in collateral and at conferences. Provide the Solutions team with feedback from customers and prospects on Radian solutions. Help train newer team members on job specific roles and processes. Network with colleagues in the renewable energy space at conferences and trade shows to generate pipeline and stay current with compliance & security topics and market trends. Travel up to 30% of your time. Required Qualification & Education 2-4 years consultative sales experience, with demonstrated success in selling services (preference for experience selling to utility-scale asset owners). 1-2 years’ experience in utility-scale renewable energy, utilities, or regulated energy. Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills University Degree Required Skills & Competencies Expanded conceptual knowledge of sales and prospecting theories, practices and procedures. Demonstrated ability to use existing sales procedures to solve standard problems; analyses information and standard practices to make judgements. Track record of closing deals and hitting sales targets. Awareness of competitors and their offering. Proven independent, results-driven work ethic. A self-starter and teammate who is motivated to succeed. Able to work as part of a team and lead initiatives. Strong people/customer relationship skills. Ability to learn new applications quickly. Excellent written and oral communication skills, organizational skills, and time management skills. Willingness and ability to travel up to 40% of your time. Required Software Knowledge Expertise in standard MS Office and Adobe PDF toolsets. Experience with Salesforce. Preferred Experience Prior experience with NERC compliance, CIP standards, or cybersecurity frameworks in the power sector. Knowledge of asset management challenges in renewable energy portfolios. Preferred Skills & Competencies Strong communication skills with the ability to distill information and present it in an understandable manner appropriate for the audience. Root cause analysis and problem-solving skills. The Pay Range For This Role Is 93,400 - 105,350 USD per year(plus variable comp plan up to $50,000 for a full year)
