Job Description

If you’re passionate about social platforms, fluent in metrics and memes, and ready to contribute to work that truly impacts patients, providers, and caregivers—this might just be your next move.

You’ll play a critical role across social content, performance insights, community management, and social listening while utilizing AI tools—helping clients build trust, drive engagement, and stay relevant in a regulated environment all at a global scale.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to launch best-in-class social campaigns
  • Manage 1:1 engagement, monitoring, and publishing across platforms (Meta, X, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit, Pinterest, Snap etc.)
  • Lead comment moderation, AE reconciliation, and issue escalation workflows
  • Utilize AI to guide / write:
    • platform-native copy and work with creative to build standout social content
    • build content calendars and publishing plans, including post timing and flighting
    • translate ad performance and listening data into digestible, actionable insights
    • craft social listening queries, analyze conversation data, and identify trends
  • Guide influencer engagement and assist in vetting and campaign support
  • Present insights and POVs internally and to clients, becoming a go-to social SME
  • Ensure all work aligns with brand messaging, compliance regulations, and client-approved workflows

Qualifications

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2–5 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or related fields
  • Pharma, healthcare, or regulated industry experience a big plus
  • AI mindfulness and tool utilization (e.g. CoPilot, ChatGPT, Canva, etc)
  • Deep knowledge of social platforms (organic + paid), community management, and content development
  • Familiarity with social publishing and listening tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Sprout Social)
  • Understanding of paid media strategy basics (targeting, sequencing, optimization)
  • Ability to craft insightful reports and client-ready decks
  • Strong writing skills with a knack for crafting channel-specific copy
  • Detail-oriented mindset and an eye for emerging trends
  • Collaborative energy and an eagerness to grow in a high-performing team
  • Leadership potential to mentor and guide junior team members

EVERSANA is committed to providing competitive salaries and benefits for all employees. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $56,000 to $76,000 and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S.  The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position.  Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living).  EVERSANA reserves the right to modify this base salary range at any time.
