About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Strategy Analyst to support our strategic initiatives, market intelligence efforts, and business planning. You will closely collaborate with the Senior Strategy Manager and play a critical role in informing strategic decisions through data-driven insights, competitive analysis, and market trend evaluations

What You Will Do

- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive intelligence to identify industry trends, opportunities, threats, and best practices.
- Develop and maintain analytical models to forecast market dynamics, potential scenarios, and their business implications.
- Support the formulation of go-to-market strategies, business plans, and strategic initiatives through qualitative and quantitative analysis.
- Prepare insightful presentations, reports, and dashboards for executive leadership to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor and analyze competitor activities, strategies, market positioning, and financial performance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across various functions (sales, marketing, product teams) to ensure alignment and execution of strategic goals.
- Continuously track industry benchmarks, regulatory changes, and technological advancements that could impact company strategy.
 

What You Need to Be Successful

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in market intelligence, strategy consulting, strategic planning, or business analysis.
- Proven ability in market research, competitive analysis, and strategic planning methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Collaborative mindset with proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Bonus Points if You Have

- Prior experience in Automotive, Technology, or Engineering Services industry is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with business modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
- Understanding of software-defined technologies and emerging trends in Automotive and Tech sectors.
