Role Overview: We’re looking for a Senior Sales Closer who’s more than just a closer. You’re a sharp communicator, confident in high-ticket B2C or B2B sales — especially in industries like landscaping, home improvement, or construction — but also someone eager to roll up their sleeves and support a growing business in areas beyond sales.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a startup environment, can pivot between responsibilities, and is excited to be part of a company that values initiative, creativity, and adaptability.
What You’ll be doing:
🔹 Sales & Client Consultation
- Take over pre-qualified warm leads and guide them through to close.
- Conduct virtual consultations, uncover client needs, and present tailored landscaping proposals.
- Build trust by clearly articulating value, addressing objections, and confidently sealing the deal.
- Use CRM tools (like HubSpot or Salesforce) to manage your pipeline, follow-ups, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure smooth transitions post-sale.
🔹 Estimation & Proposal Support
- Estimate project scope based on size, materials, and landscaping specifics (e.g., per sqm cost for retaining walls, turf, etc.).
- Assist in drafting clear, accurate quotes that align with client expectations and business margins.
🔹 Social Media & Brand Presence
- Help keep our LinkedIn and Meta accounts active with simple, engaging content (we’re not asking for fancy campaigns—just relevance and visibility!).
- Respond to comments or inquiries and direct leads to the proper channels.
🔹 Light Admin & Website Management
- Perform occasional website content updates using WordPress (training provided if needed).
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as light payroll support, internal documentation, and keeping the backend organized.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Proven closer: You’ve got 5+ years of sales experience, ideally in construction, landscaping, home services, or real estate. High-ticket deal experience is a must.
- Consultative communicator: You listen before pitching and know how to guide someone from “curious” to “contract signed.”
- Detail-oriented estimator: Comfortable working with measurements, project scopes, and basic pricing per sqm or per unit.
- Tech-savvy and proactive: You’re familiar with CRMs, proposal tools, social media platforms, and ideally, WordPress.
- Multi-skilled: You're excited (not annoyed!) by a hybrid role that includes sales, admin, and light marketing.
- Self-starter: You manage your time well, stay organized, and take initiative without constant supervision.
- Adaptable to our market: Open to learning about Australian landscaping trends, client expectations, and local nuances.
Why Join Us?
- Be part of a rapidly growing business where your input and effort directly impact growth.
- Work closely with passionate founders and a small team committed to doing great work.
- Enjoy the flexibility of remote work while playing a critical role in shaping the company’s reputation and success.
- Grow beyond a traditional sales role — learn, contribute, and thrive across departments.
If you're a seasoned sales pro looking to make a bigger impact in a fast-paced, flexible environment — we want to hear from you.
