About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our client’s growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing and managing the digital marketing strategy to drive website traffic, generate qualified leads, and optimize overall digital performance. Your primary focus will be managing paid media campaigns, SEO optimization, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and performance analytics.

You will work closely with the Head of Marketing and other marketing team members to deliver high-impact digital initiatives across various platforms.

Work hours: 6:00 am to 3:00 pm PH timezone (Flexible, but participation in the daily standup (9–10 AM NZT) is required; Preference for someone with overlap in AU/NZ time zones)

What you’ll do

Paid Media (Lead Generation)

  • Launch and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and affiliate job boards to drive traffic, engagement, and lead generation.

  • Manage and optimize budgets to maximize return on investment (ROI).

  • Implement lead generation tactics and continuously innovate strategies to attract new leads.

  • Execute the communications strategy to promote brand awareness and drive quality website traffic.

  • Collaborate with the Content Manager to design and deliver engaging assets for all stages of the customer journey.

  • Optimize websites, landing pages, and lead capture forms for better conversions.

  • Perform ad hoc digital marketing tasks as needed.

SEO Optimization

  • Lead initiatives to improve organic traffic and search engine rankings.

  • Implement best practices for on-page and off-page SEO.

  • Use tools like Google Search Console and SEMrush to deliver actionable SEO insights.

  • Regularly analyze SEO performance and adjust strategies to meet targets.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

  • Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests and optimization experiments.

  • Continuously test and iterate on campaign elements to improve conversion rates.

  • Stay updated on the latest CRO tools, technologies, and best practices.

Performance Analytics

  • Measure and analyze lead generation performance daily, weekly, and monthly.

  • Prepare monthly performance reports for management.

  • Use insights from data analysis to optimize campaigns and conversions.

  • Manage reporting tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, Holistics, and Mixpanel to ensure data accuracy and actionable reporting.

Quality Management and Compliance

  • Support initiatives to maintain ISO 9001 certification.

  • Contribute to the organization’s Plan, Do, Check, Act cycle.

  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and digital marketing regulations.
