Min 2.5 years of Proven experience in bid/grant writing, with a strong portfolio of successful submissions. Excellent written communication, research, and analytical skills. Strong understanding of grant/tender funding processes and requirements (government and/or philanthropic). Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently Experience with project budgeting and cost breakdowns is a plus.

Core responsibilities:

Research and identify suitable grant, tender, and bid opportunities aligned with the organization’s goals. Write high-quality, persuasive, and customized proposals, expressions of interest, and grant applications. Coordinate with internal teams to gather the necessary information, data, and supporting documentation for proposals. Ensure all submissions comply with funder guidelines, evaluation criteria, and deadlines. Edit and proofread proposals to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with strategic objectives. Maintain a pipeline of upcoming opportunities and submission schedules. Track outcomes of submitted proposals and apply learnings to improve future submissions. Develop templates, application content libraries, and supporting materials to streamline the proposal process.
