What You’ll Do
  • Serve & Close • Run 8–10 virtual benefit reviews week, educate families on life, accident, and income‑protection plans, and finalize policies via e‑signature.

  • Own the Relationship • Follow up with policyholders, answer benefit questions, and gather 3–5 warm referrals per sale.

  • Grow People • Once you’re consistent, coach new reps, run morning huddles, and spearhead mini‑teams across time zones.

  • Uphold the Mission • Keep every interaction client‑first, values‑driven, and compliant.
