Job Description:

As the Senior Product Associate at Datahash, you will work closely with the Senior Manager for Product Led Growth (PLG) to support the execution of product-led growth strategies and initiatives. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, you will play a vital role in driving the success of the PLG team by assisting in the development and implementation of growth-focused product features and optimizations.


Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy Support:
  • Assist in the development and refinement of the Product Led Growth strategy in collaboration with the Senior Manager and cross-functional teams.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for product-led growth and improvement.

2. Feature Prioritization and Development:
  • Collaborate with the Product team to prioritize feature development based on growth opportunities and user feedback.
  • Support the development and implementation of product features aimed at driving user acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion.

3. User Experience Optimization:
  • Work closely with the UX/UI design team to ensure that product features are optimized for user engagement and satisfaction.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement in the user experience.

4.Data Analysis and Insights:
  • Assist in the collection and analysis of user data to track key performance indicators and identify trends.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to inform product decisions and optimizations.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Partnerships, and Engineering, to ensure alignment and support for PLG initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to coordinate efforts and drive results.


Success Criteria:

  • Successful implementation of product features and optimizations aimed at driving user acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion.
  • Positive feedback from users regarding the usability and effectiveness of new product features.
  • Contribution to the achievement of growth targets outlined in the PLG strategy.
  • Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to support PLG initiatives and drive results.



Requirements
  • Should have 3-5 years of working experience.
  • Previous experience in product management, or related roles in a product Led Growth company.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and product management tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
