What you will do:
As the Commercial Finance Manager, you will be an integral part of our journey to redefine our Commercial finance processes and metrics. Partnering with the Enterprise Commercial function you will leverage the tools available to the broader enterprise to help Sensormatic focus on the right KPIs to drive profitable growth. Additionally, you will be a key partner to our Pricing organization and responsible for ensuring Delegation of Authority (DOA) alignment with Sensormatic financial commitments.
How you will do it:
Build strong relationships with the Enterprise Commercial function
Partner with Sensormatic Sales Operations to build appropriate processes and metrics in alignment with Enterprise
Dive deep into the regional sales go to market strategies and channel decision making process.
Work closely with Solutions Management to align on New Product Introductions (NPI) that will impact Commercial forecasts
Assist in the Annual Pricing Action (APA) process to update MSRP Pricing and DOA alignment
Partner with the broader finance team to gain a deep understanding of costing models, transfer pricing, and commercial agreements
Support the Sales Operations team in annual SIP compensation plan reviews
Assist Regional Commercial go to market roll outs with quota assignments in alignment with financial commitments
Aid in the monthly and weekly forecasting process.
Analyze monthly financial outcomes to identify trends.
Collaborate with Commercial leaders to ensure compliance with plans and forecasts.
Help prepare presentations for management staff.
Contribute to the development of new processes and improvements as needed in a dynamic environment.
Leverage advanced financial modeling skills to deliver clear insights.
Formulate well-informed assumptions for analyses in the absence of data.
Exhibit outstanding organizational skills with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Foster cross-functional relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
What we look for:
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting, economics, finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Finance and Accounting, including at least 2 years in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and business partnership.
Preferred
Experience in a technology-focused organization.
Familiarity with SaaS financial models and pricing strategies.
Advanced degrees or certifications such as CFA or CPA.
NOTE: This is a virtual/remote position considering candidates who reside within the United States. Eastern or Central time zone preferred.
