We’re looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to serve as a key data-driven contributor within our paid media team. Acting as the right hand to the Head of Performance Marketing, you’ll focus on campaign execution, budget tracking, and performance insights—helping to power decisions through numbers, not guesswork.

In this role, your core focus will be on analyzing campaign performance, supporting budget pacing, identifying patterns in data, and helping to continuously optimize results across platforms. You’ll have access to meaningful ad spend across international markets and play an integral part in managing campaign operations with precision.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads

  • Monitoring budget pacing and profitability, surfacing variances early

  • Analyzing campaign performance and creating structured reports and insights

  • Supporting the Head of Performance Marketing with data to guide strategy

  • Maintaining structured documentation of campaign changes, tests, and results

  • Using Google Analytics, Google Sheets, and ClickUp to organize and report on performance

  • Continuously reviewing accounts for improvements and efficiencies
