About the Job 

The Care Partnerships Associate is a foundational position that will support the growth of Thriveworks as we continue to expand. This role provides essential support in achieving growth, partner satisfaction, and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities 

● Support the management of assigned partnerships under limited supervision

● Manage relationships at multiple levels of assigned partners, including physicians, referral specialists, practice managers, and regional managers

● Learn to understand partner referral habits

● Assist in implementing strategic vision and growth plans for assigned partners

● Help build relationships with Thriveworks partners to ensure satisfaction

● Contribute to delivering high-quality partner relationship experiences

● Assist in executing engagement strategies, including prelaunch, launch, and ongoing communications

● Support day-to-day operational and tactical partnership activities

● Assist in monitoring program data and analyzing trends

● Help compile information into graphs and charts for monthly partner reports

● Maintain partner-specific status logs to track progress on initiatives

● Communicate program updates to appropriate stakeholders with limited supervision

● Follow up with partners to drive growth

● Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training opportunities

● Collaborate with multiple departments to support Thriveworks’ mission

● Help maintain internal partnership management tools, including Salesforce, Google Drive, Monday Boards, and others

● Engage in ongoing professional development focused on healthcare, partner service, and communication skills

Skills / Qualifications

● Interest in developing skills in partnership engagement and marketing campaigns

● Basic organizational and detail-oriented skills with eagerness to develop further

● Computer proficiency: familiar with Google products; willingness to learn new programs

● Clear written and verbal communication skills; ability to listen and get clarification

● Enthusiasm for achieving goals and learning to overcome challenges in a supportive

● No specific location requirement, but occasional travel may be needed (10-15%)

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree (Healthcare, Health and Wellness, Marketing, or related field)

  • 2-5 years of professional experience; customer service or project coordination experience is a plus
