  • Coach, mentor, and counsel coding staff to enhance their performance.
  • Manage coding projects and collaborate with client coding management.
  • Ensure compliance with coding standards and address any coding denials effectively.

What You Will Do:
Supervise and oversee Physician Coding Production and Coding Denial Reviews for multiple projects

What You Will Need:

  • Requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience; (Relevant experience may be substituted for formal education or advanced degree)
  • CPC from AAPC
  • Intermediate Excel skills including pivot tables
  • Good organizational skills along with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience supervising coders including coaching, mentoring and counseling
  • Experience supervising coding projects and working with client coding management

What Would Be Nice to Have:

  • Would be nice to have multispecialty E/M and Surgical coding experience due to the nature of the work performed
  • Revenue Cycle knowledge
  • Denial management knowledge
  • ADP and Workday

The annual salary range for this position is $68,000.00-$113,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
