Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Type: Full-Time, Remote

Working Hours: Mondays - Fridays 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (EST) 

Compensation: USD $1000 - $1300 (based on assessment)

Job Summary:

We are actively seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inbound communications, efficiently handling client queries, and coordinating with internal departments. The ideal candidate will have extensive customer service experience and a strong background in managing fast-paced call and email environments, particularly in customer-focused settings. Experience with CRM platforms like ActiveCampaign is highly preferred.

    Accurately complete simple data entry forms generated internally to maintain organized records and streamline processes.

  • Collaborate with the internal team via Slack, fostering effective communication and teamwork to address client needs efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Experience with CRM platforms like ActiveCampaign.
