We are seeking health professionals internally with technical skills to contribute to our clinical automation process. The person in this role will support claims, tariffs, and pre-authorisation automation.

  • Design, build, and deploy automation rules.  
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and establish requirements.  
  • Collaborate with supervisors to review standardized tariffs and ensure that they are done adequately.  
  • Maintain an accurate repository of automation assets.  
  • Support projects within the purview of clinical automation. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in health sciences  
  • Clinical experience is an advantage 
  • Basic understanding of object-oriented programming language (Java, Python etc.) 
  • Excellent numeracy, analytical, and problem-solving skills.  
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for process optimization.
