About the Role:
We’re looking for a creative, resourceful, and results-driven Digital Marketing Lead for our client, specializing in content distribution and amplification strategy. You’ll work directly with the CEO to make sure the killer videos, podcast episodes, and thought-leadership pieces they create actually reach the right people consistently and with purpose.

Experience working in the dental/healthcare niche is a plus

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Take long-form content (e.g. podcasts, video interviews, webinars) and break it into engaging short-form clips, carousels, quote graphics, and blog posts
  • Schedule and post consistently across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, etc.)
  • Manage editorial and posting calendar to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
  • Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns for lead generation and retargeting
  • Upload blog content and resources to our WordPress site
  • Make light edits, update CTAs, embed videos, and track performance via analytics
  • Use tools like ChatGPT, Descript, Canva Magic Studio, and others to streamline content creation and editing
  • Use Descript (or similar) to create branded clips, highlight reels, and social-ready assets
  • Work within HubSpot to track contacts, assist with email blasts, and align content with marketing automation when needed

Who are we looking for?

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, content, or social media roles (agency or B2B preferred). 
  • Strong understanding of digital content best practices and website platforms (WordPress).
  • Proficiency in content creation, including writing, static graphics, and short/long-form video editing.
  • Previous experience in Paid ads strategy. 
  • Previous experience working with Hubspot.
  • Light video editing chops using Descript, Canva, or similar
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience using AI tools to write, brainstorm, or repurpose content
  • Experience working in the healthcare/dental niche is a plus.

 

Position: Digital Marketing Lead

Remote Status: Fully Remote

Preferred Location: Global

Working Hours: 9 am - 5 pm MT

Holidays: US Federal Holidays

Salary: USD 1500 to USD 2000
