Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and maintain custom business applications and data solutions using Microsoft PowerApps, Power BI, and Power Automate. This role will play a key part in transforming business needs into functional tools and dashboards that support strategic and operational decisions. Youll report directly to the SVP of IT and collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain custom business applications using PowerApps (Canvas and Model-Driven)
Build and deploy interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize key business metrics
Automate workflows and business processes using Power Automate
Integrate data from various sources including SharePoint, SQL Server, Excel, and external APIs
Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable solutions
Optimize performance and usability across apps and reports
Provide documentation, training, and support to end users
Maintain and enhance existing Power Platform solutions as business needs evolve

Qualifications

3+ years of experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate)
Proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and SQL for data modeling and transformation
Hands-on experience integrating PowerApps with Power BI and other Microsoft 365 tools
Solid understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and application lifecycle
Experience working with SharePoint, Dataverse, or similar data sources
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage tasks across multiple projects and stakeholders
Previous experience working in supply chain, agriculture, or ERP data environments is a plus
