We seek a Support Engineer with ecommerce experience SR who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.
 

What will help you succeed:

  • Fluent English (B2 - Upper Intermediate)
  • You have at least 5 years of experience as a Support Engineer or equivalent experience.
  • Support experience on SAP Commerce Cloud 
  • Solid knowledge of Postman, Firebase, App Dynamics, Splunk, DBeaver
  • Good knowledge of SQL, HTML and mobile technologies 
  • JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, Pager Duty
  • Experience working according to SLA’s
  • ITIL knowledge is desirable
