Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled NetSuite Implementation Specialist with a strong background in accounting and finance to lead the successful deployment and optimization of our ERP system. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with Financial Reporting within the NetSuite. This role is perfect for an ERP professional with accounting expertise looking to make a meaningful impact on operational efficiency and system effectiveness.

Must Haves:

At least 3-5 years of hands-on NetSuite implementation experience, with a focus on finance/accounting modules.
Strong understanding of ERP systems, particularly in Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Financial Reporting processes.
Background in accounting or finance (preferred).
Proven track record in managing system configurations, data migrations, and user training.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
NetSuite certification(s) a plus.

Responsibilities

Configure NetSuite modules to align with accounting practices and organizational needs.

Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
Train users on system functionality and best practices for ongoing use and adoption.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to accounting processes and NetSuite performance.
Stay updated on NetSuite releases and accounting standards to ensure compliance and system optimization.

Job Timings: An Evening shift follows the US-EST time zone.
Office Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi
Remote Working: In the case of the remote, a separate workspace and the required gadgets (Laptop-Corei5 6th generation minimum, noise cancelling headphones, webcam, power backup) will be arranged by the candidate.
