Your role in our mission
- In a Shared Services environment, manage solutioning and delivery across several accounts in the Claims domain ensuring that business solution objectives are met.
- Manage a team of software developers and business analysts. Hire, train and evaluate employees to enhance their performance, development, and work product. Address performance issues and make recommendations for personnel actions. Motivate and reward employees including providing salary increases, bonuses and promotions within allocated budgets and company guidelines.
- Manage and ensure delivery of projects meet client and company expectations and needs.
- Collaborating with Sr Manager, develop demand forecasts for the delivery of end-to-end services.
- Work with functional areas or departments to interpret and plan projects or workload forecasts.
- Manage complex relationships between shared services and accounts to ensure good client relations.
- Identify and manage service improvements to increase customer satisfaction.
- Partner with functional areas or departments to integrate new, enhanced and existing service offerings for accounts.
- Support development of new business proposals and introduction of new technology to enhance business solutions.
- Prepare and recommend operating and personnel budgets for approval. Monitor spending for adherence to budget
What we're looking for
- Nine (9) or more years of application development & support, project, or program management experience
- Five (5) or more years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience in Medicaid or other healthcare claims processing experience preferred
- Experience working in a shared services environment preferred
- Experience utilizing project management, analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with contracts/statements of work and budgeting/forecasting a plus
