We’re seeking a Contract Talent Acquisition Manager for a 3–4-month assignment to support our VP People Services with key hiring and talent management initiatives at Liberty. This temporary role is ideal for an experienced talent professional who thrives in dynamic environments and is practiced in full-cycle recruitment at all levels.
As a contract Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll partner directly with hiring managers and senior leaders to lead end-to-end recruitment for executive recruitment initiatives —including positions focused in clinical, IT, operations, finance and various other areas. Your ability to work independently, prioritize fast-moving requisitions, and provide strategic hiring support will be critical to your success.
This position is open to interested parties located in Pacific or Central time zone within the United States.
Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple departments and position levels, including leadership and technical roles.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to define hiring needs and deliver qualified candidate pipelines.
Lead proactive sourcing efforts and outreach strategies to engage top-tier talent.
Facilitate interviews, provide hiring recommendations, and support offer negotiations.
Maintain consistent communication and deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
5-7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including executive and healthcare-related hiring.
Prior experience leading Talent Acquisition in a fast-paced organization and mentoring a high-performing team.
Prior experience in the dental and/or healthcare industry is highly preferred.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and executive presence.
Ability to engage with senior and C-suite leaders, serving as a trusted recruitment advisor
Strong knowledge of recruiting practices across multiple functions—especially IT, Clinical, Operations, and Finance.
Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions with efficiency and engagement.
Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with ATS platforms (Paycom highly preferred) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
Location
This role is open to interested parties located in Pacific or Central time zone only. Liberty operates multiple markets across the United States. We are unable to hire or allow work outside of the United States.
Compensation
In the spirit of pay transparency, the base rate for this temporary assignment is $45.00 - $55.00/hr. Your final rate will be determined by factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and experience. We partner with a third-party agency to provide payroll services for all temporary contract positions.
