About the Role:
The Salesforce Adminstrator is responsible for the overall administration and support of the Salesforce platform and related applications. This role will work closely with stakeholders across various departments to identify business requirements, develop solutions, and ensure the successful implementation and adoption of Salesforce functionalities. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
What You'll Do:Maintain user accounts, roles, profiles, and permissions.Support the configuration of objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules.Implement and manage flows and basic automation to improve team efficiency.Ensure data accuracy through regular audits and clean-up activities.Create and maintain reports and dashboards to help teams track performance.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.Provide user support, guidance, and training for Salesforce features and best practices.Stay updated with new Salesforce features and suggest opportunities for improvement.What You've Done: 3+ years of experience in a Salesforce Administrator or related role.Salesforce Administrator Certification.Experience with Salesforce core products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).Familiarity with automation tools like Flow and Process Builder.Strong attention to detail and data integrity.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage time and tasks across multiple priorities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).What Stands Out: Experience with third-party tools or AppExchange products.Exposure to integration with other business platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Jira, Slack).Knowledge of UK data protection principles (e.g., GDPR).What We Value:
