What You'll Do
Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns on Facebook Ads and Instagram, including writing compelling ad copy.
Generate creative concepts for designers and video editors, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry best practices.
Support campaign setup, implementation, pacing, and budget delivery across all relevant channels.
Track performance, identify optimization opportunities, and secure all required creative assets in advance.
Produce insight‑driven reports for the CEO, offering strategic feedback and learnings to refine future media approaches.
What You Need
Working knowledge of media analytics software (e.g, Facebook, Google Ads, etc).
Experience in spending a minimum of $30k/month in Meta ads (single business).
Preferred but not required, experience in Hyros/Triple Whale/Segmetrics.
Motivated with a positive, can-do attitude.
2+ years of relevant experience.
Eager to learn and take ownership of duties (e.g., learning TikTok Ads).
Excellent communicator who works well with others.
Efficient and well-organized.
Able to work remotely (from home), with team communications via Slack and Zoom.
