As a Product Partnerships Manager at Flipster
You will be responsible for assisting in the management and execution of partnership projects. You will work closely with partners to ensure the success of joint initiatives and drive user growth through creative and strategic deal-making.
Responsibilities
Identify and source new partnership opportunities aligned with Flipster’s strategic goals.
Attend and participate in online and offline partner meetings.
Design mutually beneficial partnership deal structures using creative thinking and business development skills.
Understand and contribute to key partnership decision points.
Negotiate partnership terms and conditions to ensure favorable outcomes for Flipster.
Assist in end-to-end management of partnerships
Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential partners.
Serve as the primary contact for partnership partners, managing internal and external communications and expectations.
Provide regular updates and reports for external partners and internal stakeholders.
Design creative co-marketing campaigns that are mutually beneficial for both ends of the negotiation
Ensure timely delivery and smooth execution of all partnership commitments.
Monitor and analyze partnership performance to ensure alignment with OKRs and drive user growth.
Qualifications
Proven experience in business development, partnership management, or a similar role, preferably within the crypto or fintech industry.
Strong understanding of the blockchain and cryptocurrency landscape.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to think creatively and strategically to design impactful partnership deals.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Attention to detail in managing project deliverables and timelines.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for driving growth and innovation.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
