What You'll Do
Inbound Lead Management: Engage with prospects who have shown interest through form submissions or online chats.
Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads to determine their fit and readiness, ensuring a robust sales pipeline.
Outbound Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media to generate new business opportunities.
Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives and Head of Growth to schedule product demonstrations and strategize on account development.
Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed daily activity KPIs and monthly pipeline quotas.

Begin engaging with inbound leads under supervision.
Month 2:
Start outbound prospecting, applying learned strategies to generate new leads.
Collaborate with AEs to refine outreach techniques and messaging.
Month 3:
Fully ramped up, independently managing both inbound and outbound leads.
Consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Month 12:
Established as a key contributor to the growth team.
Mentoring new SDRs/BDRs/MDRs and sharing insights to drive team success.
Exploring opportunities for career advancement within Truv.
