What You’ll Do
Lead Projects from Start to Finish. Manage all elements of design and construction—including resource planning, project meetings, QA/QC oversight, subconsultant coordination, and site visits—with a focus on mission-critical environments such as data centers, healthcare facilities, and energy infrastructure.
Own the Budget. Prepare and monitor project financials, margins, change orders, and progress billing. Spot risk early and course correct as needed.
Be the Client Anchor. Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders. Maintain long-term relationships and identify opportunities for new work.
Support the Team. Guide project teams, delegate responsibilities, and mentor others. Ensure smooth coordination between disciplines.
Close Like a Pro. Oversee testing, handoff, and closeout with precision. Ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Requirements
What You Bring
B.S. degree in engineering, construction or related discipline
8+ years of engineering or related field experience with at least 4 years in a PM role
Extensive experience overseeing the design and construction administration phases of mission-critical projects, such as data centers, healthcare facilities, or energy infrastructure
Deep knowledge of MEP/FP/FA systems and construction practices
Expert in managing teams, budgets, schedules, and client expectations
Skilled with Procore, Revit/AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office tools
Ability to lead meetings, produce reports, and communicate across disciplines
Strong grasp of safety, compliance, and process optimization
AI-forward mindset—willing to embrace tech that improves outcomes
U.S. work authorization and willingness to travel up to 15%
