Job description

We are currently recruiting for an Associate Digital Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team! This is a remote role based in either the UK or Ireland.


Reporting to the Senior Marketing Lead, the Associate Digital Marketing Manager plans digital marketing campaigns, maintains social media presence across digital channels, and measures and reports on digital marketing campaigns for assigned brands in the market (UK/Ireland).


Key Responsibilities


Managing Go-To-Market Activities


Digital Strategy

  • As part of the annual planning process work with Senior Marketing Lead, Brand Managers & Trade Marketing Manager to help define annual digital strategy & calendar for assigned brands.
  • Work with Sales and Marketing teams to help develop personalised digital plans for identified key customers such as Amazon & Boots.com.
  • Accountable for staying on assigned budget.

Social Media

  • Develop social content calendar for assigned brands.
  • Work with agency partners to develop content for social channels.
  • Utilise content templates and design tools – i.e. Adobe Suite, Canva – to create content to support campaigns and overall brand strategy.
  • Lead content scheduling and community management for assigned brands.
  • Lead influencer relationships, briefing, content development and execution through a combination of direct relationships and agency management.
  • Deliver goals for organic social (with metrics and targets), media, and influencer content (EMV or agreed key metrics) per brand goals or campaign goals.
  • Work with Brand Managers and agency partners on media campaigns planning and implementation.
  • Utilise PPC tools such as Meta Business Suite to boost social content as required.

Web Brand Presence

  • Brief and manage agency partners to develop and update brand websites aligned to brand and campaign objectives.
  • Update and develop brand and campaign landing pages through Wordpress CMS.
  • Develop and maintain Amazon/Ecomm platforms brand store fronts & product pages.

Team Collaboration

  • Key contributor to Digital Team, representing needs of assigned brands/customers to prioritise development, larger projects to deliver brand agendas.
  • Present digital performance & recommendations to MLT as needed.
  • Support and deliver on team, brand, individual goals.
  • Attend all key weekly, monthly team meetings.

Qualifications

 

  • Digital Marketing Degree or Masters is preferable or recent qualifications across breadth of Digital Marketing areas 

Specific Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Required:

  • 3-5 years in a Digital Marketing Agency or in-house Digital Marketing role.
  • Experience delivering & executing a digital & social strategy that increased revenue on offline and online retail channels.
  • Experience managing social media channels using tools such as Brandwatch, Hootsuite, Buffer etc
  • Experience creating digital assets using design tools such as Adobe Suite, Canva, Figma etc.
  • Experience analysing campaign performance and generating reports for stakeholders using Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Meta Business Suite

Desirable:

  • Experience in healthcare or more preferably eyecare market in a digital marketing capacity a distinct advantage.
  • Experience with web CMS tools such as Wordpress, Magento, Shopify etc.
  • Experience with Email Marketing tools such as Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign etc
  • Experience managing agency partners and budgets.
  • Experience in Marketing Automation & AI.
