This is a remote position. Only candidates who live in the state of New Jersey will be considered for this role.

Role Purpose

Reporting to the Director, Experiential Production, as an individual contributor, you will oversee event planning and activation, and lead on-site production in New Jersey, ensuring all deliverables are met.

  • You will coordinate staffing and logistics for all non-premise brand experiences (event staffing, asset transportation, product delivery).
  • You will manage local storage and inventory of event assets, POS and general event supplies.
  • You will work with vendors, including insurance carriers, procure permits, civic documents, and permits.
  • You will post event recaps, feedback, goal event data recaps and insights on all events.
  • You will oversee client communication, challenges, and solutions.
  • You will manage our PO system, event budget creation and implementation, expense tracking and management, and reporting.
  • You will ensure activation in compliance with state event regulations, local sampling laws, company policies, and client marketing codes.

Person Specification

  • 2 years minimum experience producing experiential/event production projects within a marketing or communications environment in the spirits/beer/wine industry
  • Familiar with the New Jersey market and are flexible to accommodate work travel
  • Organizational and coordinating abilities
  • Managed numerous events and timelines simultaneously

The salary range for this position is $51,000 - $83,375 annually. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, and other factors permitted by law.
