As the Business Process Analyst for Seller Experience, you will develop, implement, and optimize tools that enhance budget management, execution efficiency, and operational excellence. Experience using Airtable is required for this role. In collaboration with the Chief of Staff, you will identify and develop operational tools. You will create reporting that provides insight into capacity and resource allocation. Your work will enable the organization to make data-driven decisions, streamline workflows, and drive continuous improvement at scale. You will aid in organizational messaging through presentations and contribute to culture efforts.
What you will accomplish:
Tooling Management:
Build and enhance the suite of planning and operational tools used by the team to drive efficiency, execution, and decision-making across teams.
Identify gaps in existing solutions and propose tools to improve operational workflows within the Seller Experience organization.
Design and implement automation to reduce manual work, enhance reporting, and streamline operational processes
Stay ahead of industry trends to introduce innovative tools and automation that drive efficiency and visibility.
Communication & Culture:
Lead the operationalization of recurring meetings (planning, coordination, data management)
Manage recognition awards program and identify opportunities for improvement
Drive consistent messaging about important meetings and touchpoints to Seller Experience Organization
Create compelling and contextually appropriate presentations and videos for audiences inside and outside the organization
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Enablement:
Partner with engineering, product, people team, operations, and finance partners to align tools with needs.
Evangelize tools across the organization, ensuring high adoption rates through training, enablement, and ongoing support.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and change
What you will bring:
5+ years experience across either product management, operations, and/or program management, with a strong focus on tools and systems
Experience using Airtable is mandatory for this role
Understanding of product development lifecycles, including ideation, design, development, testing, and deployment.
Experience working closely with multidisciplinary teams and various leadership levels to ensure that solutions align with all department needs.
Experience working with IT procurement teams, finance, and vendors as part of the overall tools management process
The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:
$70,000 - $120,700Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
