Job Description:

ATTORNEYS' TITLE FUND SERVICES

In this role, you will be required to:

Plan and execute an effective product implementation program. Identify user needs and work with cross-functional teams to manage product releases.  Collaborate with stakeholders to craft vision and concept development of the electronic Member experience.

                                                                                                                                

Some of the primary responsibilities may include:

  • Create detailed and reliable documentation on current business processes and workflow.  Document efficiencies using appropriate performance metrics, for example, time studies and service-level agreements.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert on The Fund’s TitlePod application and third-party software integrations, including generation of closing protection letters, commitment and policy jackets, final policy submission, policy payment, and policy rating.  Maintain expertise on related regulatory matters, Member workflows, how data flows to and from various systems including but not limited to internal title production systems, title plants, finance systems, policy processing systems, and customer information databases.
  • Serve as subject-matter expert on The Fund’s My Account portal.  Maintain expertise on Member journeys, internal data requirements, related regulatory matters, billing and invoicing practices, and payment practices.
  • Advocate on behalf of Members to ensure Members maintain or gain productivity working with The Fund over a set baseline.
  • Meet regularly with Fund stakeholders to communicate sprint status, backlog, standards, and requirements for the product.
  • Provide recommendations to Fund management on potential efficiency gains, including integrated services.
  • Provide feedback to Fund management on user acceptance; act as a product tester.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or related fields, or equivalent work experience.

Experience:

  • Three or more years relevant experience, required
  • Three years’ experience with title production processes and workflow preferred
  • One year experience using closing software preferred

Technical Skills:

  • Scrum and agile software development methodologies
  • UX knowledge and principles
  • Product backlog understanding and management
  • User stories knowledge
