About the Talent Coordinator:
MarketStar is currently seeking a Talent Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition (TA) and Human Resources (HR) teams. As a Talent Coordinator, you will provide key administrative support, focusing on behind-the-scenes tasks that keep processes running smoothly. This role is responsible for organizing and maintaining internal documentation, maintaining records in the HRIS/ATS, preparing reports, and assisting with data entry related to recruitment and HR activities. The Talent Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring accuracy, consistency, and efficiency across People Success administrative functions.
Location: Utah Remote
What will you do?
Drive creation and maintenance of requestions in the ATS by working with hiring managers and recruiters to ensure accuracy
Collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, senior leadership, and other support partners to ensure all candidates and employees have a seamless experience in their interactions with TA and HR
Provide administrative support to the HR function, including processing requested data changes in the HRIS and correctly updating employment documentation as needed.
Support employment verification processes in a timely and accurate manner
Ensure the highest level of accuracy for entering and maintaining data in HR systems (Workday), to support data integrity and compliance with security and privacy standards
Manage and maintain organized documentation to support internal controls, audits, and compliance requirements
Assist leaders with special projects that could include employee appreciation and recognition, lunch and learn trainings, birthday/anniversary celebrations, and recruitment events
Other applicable duties as assigned
What Will You Need to Succeed?
Prior experience providing administrative support to HR or TA teams is preferred
Familiarity with HR systems and tools; experience with Workday or similar HRIS/ATS platforms is a plus
Strong decision-making skills and the ability to communicate clearly and confidently across teams
High level of ownership and attention to detail, with discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a willingness to take initiative and improve processes
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Self-motivated and accountable, with a strong sense of collaboration and team support
Proficiency with common business applications such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and ATS platforms
